Active Membership:

Dues: $125 per year

Annual Membership is for a 12 month period, July1 through June 30. 

Access to members only database not limited to but may include:

• Prior conference recordings and or documents Best practice documents as submitted by other districts
• Handbook library as submitted by other districts (purchasing, AP, etc.)
• Access to selected free trainings
• Bid/RFP document library as submitted by other districts. Ex: banking services, audit
• Directory of member vendors
• On-line community conversations (much like KYMUG but open only to Active Members)
• Discounted on-line trainings
• Eight (8) active networking groups coordinated by a KASBO Director to keep members connected. (Groups to be associated mostly by Co-op Membership) 

Corporate/Vendor/Affiliate Membership Benefits:

Dues: $500 per year

• Access to membership directory
• A list of corporate members will be accessible on our website and made available to Active Members. This is often the first place the members will review when looking for goods and services.
• First offer of conference trade show registration

Student Membership Benefits:

Dues: $50 per year

• Access to members only pages
• Access to online training courses

Retiree/Past President/Emeritus:

Dues: $0 per year

• Discounted conference registration
• Access to members only pages

Life (revised May 2023):

• All names on the Life Membership roster as of June 30, 2023, shall be maintained and conference discounts and offered priority registration. They will maintain voting privileges.

• Life Membership will no longer be available for purchase as of June 30, 2023.

During the construction of the new website, member access will be granted to all Life/District members that held this status on June 30, 2023.  The same will be available to all who attended the Spring or Fall 2023 conference.  Free availability to the members only section will expire on June 30, 2024.  Membership fees will be required to maintain access.  Membership dues will be accepted for a 12-month period, July 1 through June 30.

Life membership status as of June 30, 2023, does not grant the individual Active Member status after June 30, 2024.  Life members will always receive a conference discount.   To receive the benefits of Active Member status you will need to upgrade your membership to have access to the members only pages.
